Online cloud storage from Google Drive has allowed me to conserve memory space on my laptop which helps to maximize its performance. Google Drive is simple to use, and it does not cost anything to upload up to 5GB of one’s files. Beyond that, the company charges a monthly low -cost rate to extend storage capacity to meet client specifications. I prefer Google Drive storage because I can simply access it on an internet connection anywhere in the world. I have uploaded business documents, audio files, videos, graphs, and pictures through the basic service alone. This allows convenient access to my business resources anywhere in the world. Google Drive is also cost effective for the average individual who normally spends money on external storage devices such as flash drives on a regular basis. Flash drives can easily get misplaced or damaged when traveling, but Google Drive is a reliable way to maintain my electronic resources. In addition, Gmail also provides extra storage space for my company-related emails. Cloud storage is the innovative wave of the future. When you buy a new electronic product the seller will give you an instruction manual. You have to operate the instrument according to the manual. If you ignore the drive guide you may fall in danger. Your product may not work properly if you don&rsquot follow the instruction. Actually instruction manuals are written in a way such that its users can understand it easily. So don&rsquot worry, if you are not related to the science education you can simply operate the instrument by reading the drive guide. Most of the users ignore reading the manual before using the product. But they should read it. I can give you an example what will happen if you ignore reading the manual. My cousin bought a dry cell battery but it was not rechargeable. But she thought it was rechargeable and after using the battery she connect it to the charger, after few seconds the battery explored. If burned her hand and a part of her skin. So you can&rsquot imagine how terrible situation could arise, if you don&rsquot follow the instruction. If she read the instruction before connect it to the charger that accident would not happened.

I reached the hotel venue one day prior to the meeting day because I wanted to be sure that everything was arranged perfectly. We had invited around 100 distributors from all over the country and we wanted to highlight to them the company's achievement in the last two years. Our top level management was supposed to be attending the event hence my boss instructed me to see that all arrangement was carried out as per the plan. I had a checklist of the items which the hotel was suppose to supply us for the meeting so I called the hotel manager and asked him the status. He showed me all the arrangement which he had done. I asked him the need for HDTV in the conference room. The manager told me that I could display my presentation on the HDTV in addition to the screen. I asked him how to connect laptop to hdtv? He did the connection and I agreed with him that we could have two displays for the benefit of the guests. Thus arriving at the venue before time helped me in arranging the meeting smoothly and efficiently. |
